REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly access: • each monthly billing period — KZT 47,990. Three-month package: • each three-month billing period — KZT 140,990. Before confirming payment, the Payer sees the total amount and charge currency. If the card currency differs, conversion and any bank fees are determined by the issuing bank.

Automatic renewal is used only after the Payer separately and explicitly agrees to the amount and frequency. Future renewal may be cancelled before the next charge in account settings or by emailing business@charts.kz. Cancellation does not terminate already paid access and is not an automatic refund of a previous payment.

Under Article 686 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Customer may terminate a paid-services agreement provided that the Provider's expenses actually incurred are paid. The refund is calculated as follows: amount actually paid − the Provider's documented actual expenses − the value of access actually provided before service termination. No arbitrary fixed “manager expenses” percentage is withheld. Only justified expenses and access actually provided are included in the calculation. Merely not using an available service does not mean it was not technically provided.

Within the three-month package, each full month is valued at one third of the package price for refund calculation. Upon early termination, each full month that has not yet started and for which access was not provided is included in the refundable unused portion of the package. For a commenced month, only the value of access actually provided and documented actual expenses are taken into account. The final calculation is sent to the Customer with the decision on the request.

If, after access is granted, Charts AI's core functionality remains materially inoperable for reasons attributable to the Provider and the Customer reports it in writing within 8 calendar days after access is granted, the Customer may request a full refund of the amount paid for the relevant period or package. The full-refund rule does not apply to failures on the Customer's device, network or software, restrictions imposed by the Customer's bank, breach of the Public Offer, or circumstances outside the Provider's reasonable control. Before deciding, the Provider may verify service availability and technical-support attempts.

Email the request to business@charts.kz and include: • full name and Charts AI account email; • payment date, amount and currency; • transaction identifier or electronic receipt number; • reason for termination and requested service-end date; • description of the technical issue if the request concerns non-delivery. Attach an electronic receipt or other payment confirmation if available. A copy of an identity document is not required. Never send the full card number, CVV/CVC, one-time codes or a banking password.

The decision and calculation are sent to the Customer within 30 working days after receipt of a complete request and the details needed to identify the transaction. Following a positive decision, the refund is initiated within 14 working days to the original payment method unless another procedure is required by law, the bank or the payment system. The actual posting time after the refund is sent depends on the issuing bank. Issuer fees or exchange-rate differences are governed by the relationship between the Payer and their bank.
